Free Initial Meeting
Free online consultation for 20 minutes. An opportunity to get to know each other and see if this feels like the right space for you.
In-Person Sessions
Face-to-face sessions take place in a calm and private space away from distraction. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Online Sessions
Online sessions offers the flexibility to connect from wherever you are. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
